Splitting Tube-caps
Michael Harding Art Materials wants to apologize for the defective tube caps on certain 40ml/60ml paint tubes that are in circulation at the moment. A few months ago we changed to a new tube-manufacturer. Unfortunately this was a bad decision. We have in the mean time changed back to our previous tube-supplier. However some tubes with the splitting caps may still be out there. If you have tubes with this problem, please contact us on accounts@michaelharding.co.uk and we will send you replacement tube-caps for your tubes. We regret that this is happening and will make sure the problem will not reoccur in the future. In the mean time, please bear with us. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
